To request a refund regarding a covered event by your travel insurance, access our claims portal and submit the necessary documents for review
Documentation to submit to Claims
For all coverages, the basic documents must be presented:
- Insurance claim form that can be filled out on the portal: https://www.chubb.com/br-pt/claims.html
- Copies of the RG (identity card), CPF (Individual Taxpayer Register) and proof of residence of the Insured;
- Presentation of the purchase of the Ticket or Travel Card, which must contain the date of departure;
- Copy of the Insurance Ticket.
- Documents that prove the amounts paid;
Additionally, according to the Coverage triggered, we request specific documents, such as:
